Blurb: When you love someone so greatly, you are willing to sacrifice all.
Malach couldn’t believe that the gods would grant him a second chance, but they had when he rescued Sascha from the hands of a pack aligned with hellhounds. Now, Malach will do everything to help and heal his Delta, even if it means making the greatest sacrifice of all.
Being a Delta and abused all his life, Sascha has little trust in shifters. Now living in Moon Compound and with a mate, he must first learn to trust and then tell his mate they can never be together. For to be with a Delta is to be with the dammed.

Review:
As a Delta, Sascha can’t shift and has been abused all his life to keep his twin in check and the latest of the abuse has been at the hands of the hellhounds working with his pack. When he’s finally rescued, Sascha doesn’t know if he can trust Malach and the others at Moon Compound. But Malach finds a mate in Sascha and he’s not going to let his second chance at happiness pass him by. He’ll do whatever he can to get Sascha to see that he can trust Malach and the others but when he finds out what mating a Delta means, will he still want to be with him?
Oooh, this one was very interesting! I loved that it had a bit of a twist in what a Delta was and the consequences of being with one. Sascha about broke my heart with what he’s had to go through but I’m glad that Malach got a second chance at a mate. I’m a bit sad at what Malach had to give up to be with Sascha but I’m quite happy with how it played out because it really showed how much Malach cared for Sascha.
I ADORE this series but I had a small niggle with the incubus giving Sascha his blood and bonding with him. I didn’t really understand it because I thought that meant as long as Sascha didn’t bond with anyone else, he’d be able to find the incubus but then he mated Malach but it was mentioned Sascha could be used to still find the incubus, but how? Unless I completely misunderstood that part, it just didn’t make sense. And, as I always complain, I wanted MORE! I want to explore more of Malach and Sascha’s relationship but also how they deal with things outside of the Compound. Where will they go from here? Will Malach still go on dangerous missions given what happened to him and how will Sascha contribute to things? Also, when are we going to get Dalton’s story?!
All in all, another great addition to the Moon Compound series. I don’t know what it is but I’m eating these books up like they’re going out of style and looking forward to the next one more and more. I loved that Malach was granted another mate and what he sacrificed to have Sascha. I can’t wait to find out who gets their book next and how the whole incubi thing will get resolved!
Overall Impression: I really liked it!
