Our First Theme Week!

Welcome to our first Theme Week!

In an effort to keep things lively around here, The Blogger Girls have decided that once a month we’ll dedicate one week to a certain ‘theme’. This month’s Theme Week is…. drumroll, please!

Young Adult Week!

Yay!

Now, some of us are more happy about this theme week than others (cough*Nikyta*cough) and others are grudgingly putting up with it because they love that sweet, innocent, oh so cuddly person (cough*Susan&Jen*cough) and the other (cough*Heather*cough)…. well, she’s just amused by all the fussing around!

BUT! We want this to be fun and we want to explore new things when it comes to genres, themes, elements and whathaveyous in the books we read.

So! We’ll have a variety of different Young Adult themed books being reviewed including M/M ones (of course), F/F and M/F. We are equal opportunity book lovers after all!

Don’t worry, though, we’ll still be reviewing other books that aren’t YA at all so don’t disappear just yet…

Stick around and enjoy the fun because, who knows, you might not be a YA lover but maybe one will peak your interest anyway!

I’ll stick around. I’m living my own YA novel with 2 kids right now. Adult books help me escape my YA life! LOL I’m sure your YA reviews will rock though.

  2. YAY!!!! I love YA books both m/f and m/m!!!! Can’t wait to see the reviews!

Oh YA! Looking forward to the reviews!

  4. Yaaaaaaaay!!!!!!! I see Graceling on the review list!! I loved that book. I’m wishing I would have read Bitterblue instead of the book I chose 😦

N, are you reading the ebook version?? Did you see the map? you need the map!!

    • Hahaha, yes I’m reading Graceling! I’m about 78% into it right now and hope to finish it tonight. I am reading the ebook version but the map was so tiny I couldn’t read it right so I skipped over it lol. Thank you for putting it here, some of what they’ve described makes more sense now πŸ˜€

      • I read eBook too and never saw the map until later. I actually drew my own map on a napkin!

        • LMAO. OMG. I’ve just been thinking of it as like the United States but with different weather for certain regions lol
