Blurb:  My worst nightmare has come true, I’m one of them now, a monster… the very thing I fought against. If that wasn’t bad enough, I’ve been sired by one of the most powerful, sadistic and calculating vampire Lords in the city; Theoden. It’s just the beginning of my new life, hell, i’m not even one night old as a vampire and already I wish they had decided to kill me instead of turn me. I guess this was my punishment for rebelling against them. They’re clever that way. Theoden has promised to punish me for every offense I’ve made against him and I have no idea what’s in store for me. I do know that it won’t be pleasant. My night of pain and torment is just beginning.

Warning: This novelette series contains hardcore sexual situations between men, not meant for sensitive eyes. I’m talking crude, lewd and full of attitude. This series will most likely either offend you or get ya revved up. This series isn’t going to be pulling any punches whatsoever, so you’ve been warned. Mature Adult Content meant for readers looking for something dark, taboo, sexy, and unapologetic in their paranormal erotica. This is NOT a romance.

Review:

Wow, this was even better than the last segment! Theoden is one sexy badass vamp! He takes no prisoners, well, ok, he does, but he is literally quite something to watch. He clearly has an agenda, and he does not stray or give in at all.

Poor Noel is doomed. He is fighting the realization that he is now one of THEM, the hated vamps. He refuses to give in or give an inch where Theoden is concerned, but that does not go well for him. Theoden has many painfully creative ways to teach Noel lessons and they are quite detailed. Lessons that he makes sure will not have to be learned again. Unfortunately for Noel, due to his now vamp status, he heals rather quickly which enables him to be tortured/abused in these lessons, heal and then go through it all again. Granted, he has brought much of it on himself, but you still feel quite badly for him and his predicament. I may have cringed more than once, but I was riveted to my kindle for every word.

In this segment, Noel is brought to Theoden’s home where we meet some of his other “children.” We don’t get to see much of them, but they are quite intriguing and are all excited with the prospect of a new plaything. I was left in anticipation of what is to come with this “family” and really cannot wait to find out.

This is a really quick read, but it is jam packed and kept me on the edge of my seat. I sure hope Nicholas doesn’t keep us waiting too long for the next segment, because I’m hooked and jonesing for more.

Overall Impression: It was amazing

*I received a copy of this book from the author in return for a fair and honest review.*
