Blurb: A love worth crossing the stars for.

Taka has been a dreamcatcher and part of Team 32 for over six decades, but nobody has tempted him like Ginger—a dancer at club Zee. Too bad dreamcatchers aren’t allowed to have meaningful relationships with regular people. His willpower proves a finite resource, though, when a mission at the club means spending much more time around Ginger.

Ginger’s infatuation with Taka is unwavering. When he proves to have some paranormal skills of his own, he earns himself a place on the team—if he wants it. His decision will change his life—not to mention Taka’s—irrevocably.

But living in the now could prove an issue for a man who has as much history as Taka. Can Ginger’s determination help him make his way into Taka’s heart?

Review:

Oh man! This book was amazing! I enjoyed the first book but this one is definitely my favorite right now. I loved that Taka was so dark and brooding, I didn’t really expect that and I loved that he was so infatuated with Ginger but tried to hide his attraction. At the same time, Ginger has a little spot in my heart. I thought he was such an old soul, which makes sense in the end but I really liked that he was so mature and determined to show Taka that they were meant to be together. I also loved how easily Ginger became part of the dreamcatcher team and how much he contributes to the team. I love that with each new member, something new is brought into the fold that helps them in the fight against the  spaga.

I was absolutely loving this book but then it just ends and I didn’t feel like anything was really tied up. So it felt like things were just left wide open on a cliffhanger that’s not really a cliffhanger. I do love that this story arc spans a few books but I would have liked for there to at least be some tie up between each book.

All in all, I love this series a lot and this book was just a great addition to it. I loved the characters and I love that they were ‘star-crossed lovers’. It was sweet to hear about how they’ve been trying to find each other for eons and I had a blast seeing them get to know each other and work together as dreamcatchers. I can’t wait to read Claw’s story because I think his will definitely be a doozy!

Overall Impression: I loved it!

*I received a copy of this book from the author in return for a fair and honest review.*
