Review:
This was a super cute story. I love the premise of Grant and Will getting stuck in an elevator together because they’re forced to spend time together. I also really enjoyed Grant as a character. He has no filter when it comes to what he thinks so he seems to speak what he thinks a lot. I also enjoyed the visceral reaction he has to Will when he sees him. It was adorable seeing them get to know each other while they’re stuck in an elevator because they have a few deep moments.
While I enjoyed this one and liked the aspect that Kwanzaa gave to it, I wished it had been longer. I wished we could have seen them spend time together outside of the elevator and really wished we could have seen Will meeting Grant’s family and experiencing Kwanzaa with them.
All in all, though, this was a very cute story and I adored Grant as a character and how he bonded with Will in the elevator. I hope this isn’t the last we see of them because I want to see where things go from here!
