Blurb: From supernatural tales of intrigue to a curious modern romance, a thoroughly British relationship and a classic fairytale all twisted up, Bedtime Stories is a collection of short stories designed to be read one at a time, at bedtime. Let us wish you goodnight with gay romances that are sure to leave you ready for a night of sweet, lingering dreams.

Whiskey Wishes by Anna Martin – Jamie O’Shaughnessy and Aiden Rooney find love in a tiny town in Ireland despite all the odds.

Flickers by Tia Fielding – A ghost leads a man to the house of an artist where the three of them find long-term happiness.

Click Your Heels Three Times by Blaine D. Arden – A story about a magical Prince in love with a leatherworker, who gets cursed when he rebuffs the General’s son for an arranged marriage.

Frangipani Kisses by Liam Livings – Not a romance, but a gay man on “welfare” finding his place in life and in society with his husband’s support.

Charmed by MJ O’Shea – A snarky bitch of a bartender meets his match one night and breaks all his dating rules.

Torch by Kit Mullender – A doctor in a sweaty apartment listens to Jazz each Thursday and dreams of its singer. One night he learns just who that singer is and boy is he happy!

Miles to Go by B. Snow – A 32 year old married man with a son faces divorce when his wife accuses him of being gay and forces him to go out on several dates to test the theory.

Whiskey Wishes: This was a cute story about small town living and finding true love in unlikely places. The main hurdle was Jamie’s coming out, because the two fell for one another on sight. It was fairly unremarkable, but all the Irish flavor was nice. 3 of 5 stars.

Flickers: I loved this story. It was funny and sweet, and a little sad. I though the premise interesting and was so pleased with the ending: an epilogue for a short story! 4.5 of 5 stars

Charmed: I loved this story all the way up to the end. It was going and going and going – great – super high sexual tension, sweet love story, funny dialog – then pow – it ended, and frankl, I was disappointed. 3.5 of 5 stars

Click Your Heels Three Times: This was the worst of the lot, very confusing, with writing that was hard to follow. 2 of 5 stars

Franipani Kisses: This was a nice story, not really a romance, but a fairly sweet story of a gay man finding “himself”. 3 of 5 stars

Torch: I loved this story. It was erotic and emotional, a little funny and sweet. For a short story, it packed quite the punch. I will be looking for this author in the future. 5 of 5 stars

Miles to Go: This was my favorite of the lot. Super sweet. A man finally realizing his true sexuality with the help of a younger, very “out” gay babysitter. It was tender, hot and funny all at the same time. Definitely an author to follow.    5 of 5 stars

Overall Impression:  I really liked it!

*I received a copy of this book from the publisher in return for a fair and honest review.*
