Blurb: Creigh Delacroix is learning the way through his new BDSM world, under the careful tutelage of his boss and master, Gabriel Etienne.
Some of Gabriel’s favorite fetishes can be found on level three of the exclusive sex dungeon Le Cachot. Creigh is wary of the play there at first, but Gabriel opens Creigh’s eyes to the delights, making the willing submissive all the more eager to give in to his master.
Creigh seeks passage into level three, willing to do just about anything to prove to Gabriel his submission and surrender. Will it be enough to open The Gate to level three?
Welcome to Level Three of Le Cachot…
Review: The story continues with Creigh having to return to work after unmasking himself to his boss, Martin, at the club in the last installment. Things are sure to not go well where this is concerned, and while that is definitely the case, things end up being a bit more solidified where Gabriel and Creigh are concerned. I have a feeling we haven’t seen the last of Martin, and after everything that has happened, that’s a little scary.
As Creigh becomes more immersed in the BDSM world, he is still fighting his feelings about everything, especially his feelings toward Gabriel. Gabriel wants to be a true master, but Creigh is holding back afraid to lose himself entirely. This will no doubt be a continuing issue they both face.
In the meantime, they decide to continue as is with their exploring of the different levels of La Cachot. Creigh is determined to go to Level Three knowing it is where Gabriel’s true kinds lie. I love how Gabriel is always vigilant about making sure Creigh isn’t doing anything for the wrong reasons. It is easy to see Gabriel is falling for Creigh, and I just hope Creigh is able to meet his needs in that regard. He certainly seems to have the other needs handled, as he takes and enjoys everything Gabriel can dish out.
There is just enough emotional meat to this to keep the story interesting and the BDSM aspects from taking over. There is a lot in the way of scenes because that’s basically what it’s about, but it is the underlying feelings we can see growing that give it that extra spark. Can’t wait to see what happens next. On to Level Four!
Overall Impression: I really liked it
