Review:

I am a huge fan of the THIRDS series, but not a very big fan of weddings so I went into Tried & True with lower than average expectations. What was I thinking? Here I doubted Ms. Cochet and now baby needs to be put in the corner. Honestly, I loved it. It had it’s romantic and fluffy moments, which were great, but the action was front and center, and some long-standing mysteries were solved, and I am so very nervous about what’s in store for our guys and gals once they are fully TIN. I am not going to lie, I was thinking all the action was over at one point, and we were getting to the mushy wedding parts ,when wammo, more action and more drama and, well, just more….we get lots more than meets the eye in Tried & True.

What we don’t lose is the amazing dialogue and group dynamics. Destructive Delta is going through changes but they are family and will be fine. The logistics will be a little different, but the team interactions will be front and center. We all know there is going to be a wedding, eventually, but boy do they get put through the wringer first. I was almost finished when I started to fear it was going to end on a big ol’ cliffhanger. Thankfully, we end on a very high note and I cannot wait to see where Charlie takes our enigmatic group from here. Wherever that may be, I am along for the ride.

Overall Impression: I loved it!

*I received a copy of this book from the publisher in return for a fair and honest review.*
