Flowers for the Gardener by Sharon Maria Bidwell

A warm-hearted rich man’s son, Richard Gardener needs to overcome three obstacles: find a way the family business can run without him, help his mother cope with grief, and stop butting heads — and other parts of his anatomy — with the gardener.

Ethan Fields has worked for the Gardener family for many years. He’s struggling with debt and the desire to leave, and has loved Richard far longer than the man would believe. Ethan can cope with most things, but his anger with Richard’s mother won’t fade. Until that and his feelings for Richard are resolved, he feels trapped and, alas, the idea that sex will get Richard out of his system isn’t working.

To make the situation worse, both men assume too much and don’t say the right words, and Ethan’s offer of ‘just sex’ grows more complicated by the day. Can Richard and Ethan stop getting their wires crossed before their paths diverge?

As I am by Melissa Collins: Exclusive Excerpt & Giveaway!

Exclusive Excerpt from As I am

by Melissa Collins

“So, I take it you and Rob are familiar with each other?” he asked, sarcasm dripping from his words as they fell from that lopsided smile I wanted to kiss off his face.

“He’s the asshole ex,” I responded plainly, tipping my head over to a gazebo to the side of the lot. We walked in silence, only the sound of gravel crunching under our feet accompanying us. We settled onto the old, wooden bench, careful not to get too many splinters. Facing the star-filled sky, I chewed on my words in my head. Who was I to Chase, after all? No more than a one-time fuck. That’s all it boiled down to. Whether I felt a connection to him or not, it didn’t matter. Yet, despite knowing I had no right to ask, I asked, “Why are you here with him?” And the second the words were out of my mouth, I regretted speaking them. The less I knew about Rob, the better.

But before I could take back my words, Chase answered my question, only muddying the matter even more. “I have no clue,” he muttered, running his hand through his messy hair. The silence settled around us, but it was an easy one. Only the sound of Chase speaking cut through it. “Do you think about that night?” he asked, his voice paper thin.

At even the slightest mention of it, my body sat on edge. Did I think about it? Only every night. But there was no way in hell I could tell him. Shrugging, I answered, “Not really,” sounding not the least bit convincing.

Chase heard the change in my voice, the raspy neediness I’d never be able to conceal when I thought about him touching my body. “Really?” he asked, cocking his head to the side, his lips pulling into a wickedly crooked smile. “Never?” he taunted, nudging me playfully with his shoulder.

Even the slightest touch from his body had heat racing all over my skin. “No.” The word stuck in my throat, amplifying my neediness beyond all reason.

In the blink of an eye, he moved from his seat and stood in front of me. Wedging himself between my legs, his placed his hands on my thighs. My muscles twitched under the not-so-gentle caress of his fingertips. “Not even at night? When you crawl into bed all by yourself?” he asked, moving his fingers up my thighs with every word, inching his way closer to my hardening cock. “When you can’t fall asleep because you’re thinking of me, you don’t touch yourself?” He pressed his body into mine. His dick pressed against mine and a fire of heat flashed across my body. “You don’t stroke yourself? Eyes closed? Thinking of me? Pretending it’s my hand on your dick instead of your own?” His mouth was so close to my ear, his breath cascaded over my skin, making me shiver with need. “You don’t come, your body shaking, with my name on your lips?”

On his last word, he nibbled on my earlobe, forcing a groan to rumble from my chest. But my pride got the best of me. “No,” I lied.

“Liar,” he accused, before pulling away from me.

It could’ve been a game for all I knew, but I sure as fuck didn’t care. My fingers wrapped around his wrist, pulling him back to me in a hard crash. “And you?” I asked, my lips no more than a centimeter from his.

His eyes searched mine as if he actually needed clarification. Swallowing hard, he said nothing which offered me the perfect opportunity to toy with him, just as he’d toyed with me.

“Do you think of me when you jerk yourself off? Wish it was my mouth instead of your hand?” Letting the few drinks I’d had earlier take over my good senses, I nipped at his neck. But just as I’d feared, one taste of Chase would never be enough. “You don’t crave my body?” I asked, my words heavy with the desire I’d been carrying around, a burden like no other, for the last few weeks. On a coarse whisper, I asked, “You don’t want my body again? The way I want yours?”

His body melted into my touch. Leaning into his neck even more, I inhaled his scent, needing it to be part of me more than the oxygen filling my lungs. “Just tell me,” I spoke, my lips moving against his skin. “Tell me to stop. And you can walk right back in there to him, and I’ll leave you alone.”

His head fell backward, exposing more of his neck to my lips and teeth. And who was I to deny him what he wanted? Digging my hands into the flesh of his ass, I pulled his body against mine, grinding my cock against his in what was far too close to reckless abandon for a public space.

“I can’t,” he rasped, leaning into my kiss. “With you…” He groaned, his breathlessness setting me off like nothing ever had. “With you, I just can’t.”

“Thank fucking God, because I can’t keep my hands off you for another second.” His words were all I needed to take his body. The way he rolled his hips into mine let me know I wasn’t taking a damn thing; he was giving it to me. All of it. He was mine and I was his.

Rhoades: Undeniable by Felice Stevens: Exclusive Excerpt!

Blogger_Exclusive Excerpt

Exclusive Excerpt from Rhoades: Undeniable

by Felice Stevens

He mesmerized. Captivated and enthralled me. I’d watched Austin dance for months, his grace and poise outstanding in the crowd of dissolute men waiting by the stage to paw at him. A true master of his emotions, he’d matured from a skittish deer hiding in the shadows to a man taking his rightful place as the king of the club.

Everyone wanted him.

I couldn’t be angry with Austin for leaving me in this dingy back room when I’d broken every rule I’d set for myself by kissing him. The blame for Austin’s flight rested solely on my shoulders. All it took was one touch.… One simple, devastating kiss and the tight check on my emotions unraveled, sending everything I held together for years spilling out in wild abandon. I lost control. It both shattered and bewildered me, and I hated that. I was always in control.

At the sound of frantic knocking, I buttoned up my shirt and redid my tie with cool precision. A swift glance in the mirror to check and make sure all looked well on the outside and then I opened the door.

“Where is he?” James burst into the room. “Where’s Austin?”

“Hello to you too.” I smoothed my hair and gave him a lazy smile.

“Don’t give me your bullshit now. This is serious.”

I couldn’t recall the last time I’d seen James anything but coolly elegant. Now, his tie was askew and unknotted, and the blond hair he normally wore perfectly styled lay stuck to his forehead in sweat-darkened strands. Tension coiled through me, and I gripped his arm. Hard. “What’s wrong?” I squeezed, and James grunted in pain. “Tell me.”

Ignoring me as he’d always done since we were teenagers, James twisted out of my grasp. “I need to find Austin because wherever he is, hopefully Frankie’s with him.”

“Oh?” My rapidly banging heart settled back to normal, and I smirked. “Don’t tell me you’ve got a crush on little Frankie?”

With a wrinkle of his elegant nose, James looked every bit like a refined Englishman disdainfully peering down on one of his serfs. But my brother couldn’t pull his bullshit off on me.

Book Blast! Omega Sacrifice by Quinn Michaels: Exclusive Excerpt & Giveaway!

Exclusive Excerpt from Omega Sacrifice

by Quinn Michaels

Zeke didn’t even have time to flinch before the alpha grabbed his wrist. The heat of his touch, the scent of him, held Zeke somewhere between lust and fear. “Don’t hurt me,” Zeke said, stupidly. “My pack will know if something happens to me.”

Right, if you found a way to tell them. If not, you’d just be another idiot omega lost in the woods. Why not just hand the handsome alpha a knife and beg him to slit your throat, why don’t you?

“I won’t. I’d never hurt you.”

Devon sounded sincere. He pulled Zeke closer. Zeke looked up and felt the heat of Devon’s breath on his forehead. Devon ran the pad of his thumb on Zeke’s cheek, below his eye. “Why were you crying?”

Silas and his rejection seemed a faraway problem, considering the alpha in front of him. Zeke shrugged. “It’s not important.”

“You’re beautiful.”

Zeke laughed. Even at his best, he could be described as cute. Beautiful was for the thin and graceful omegas with long limbs and flat, glistening abdomens above narrow hips and shapely legs. Beautiful was for the omegas that could run without wheezing. The ones who didn’t need to make an ass out of themselves to get noticed. “What are you really doing here?”

“Just running.”

“I need to take you to see Don. And meet the pack.” And Zeke wanted to do that too. He wanted to show off this handsome alpha who had called him beautiful. Even if the compliment was meant to be a distraction from why he was really sneaking around the Pine Creek Lake settlement.

“I can’t,” Devon said. “Not now.”

Zeke breathed deeply and opened his mouth to scream as loudly as he could. Before he could make a sound, the alpha’s lips were on his, and they were kissing. Hard and demanding, the heat of Devon’s mouth sent tingles through Zeke’s body. He pulled the alpha closer, grabbing him by the hips until he felt Devon’s hard cock through the sodden fabric of the sweatpants against Zeke’s pelvis.

Hard for him.

The scream was forgotten. Everything was forgotten except for the velvet planes of Devon’s body, the sweet dominance of his kiss, and his hands, letting go of Zeke’s wrists to wrap Zeke in a tight embrace.

Zeke was panting when Devon broke the kiss. But unlike usual, the faint dizziness from lack of air was another reminder of the pleasure and desire Zeke felt.

Devon hugged him tightly, pressing Zeke’s cheek to his neck.

Was this what it meant to find your true mate? If so, Zeke never wanted it to end. But maybe that’s what Gale had felt too with his first alpha. Just because hormones threw Devon and Zeke together didn’t mean that he would have a good life with Devon. It could all be a trick. It probably was a trick. What would a handsome, perfectly formed alpha want with Zeke?

Zeke couldn’t deny the evidence of the other man’s arousal, but that didn’t prove anything.

“Why are you here?” Zeke asked again. From the darkness behind him, another voice, sardonic and a touch cruel, asked, “Yes, cousin, why don’t you tell the sweet, plump omega what we are doing here? Or would you rather I just ripped out his throat?” Continue reading
