Blurb: “Give me a reason to let you live…”

Beached after losing his ship and crew, and with England finally at peace, Lt Christopher Penrose will take whatever work he can get. A valet? Why not? Escorting an elderly diplomat to the Leeward Islands seems like an easy job, but when their ship is boarded by pirates, Kit’s world is turned upside down. Forced aboard the pirate ship, Kit finds himself juggling his honor with his desire to staying alive among the crew, not to mention the alarming—yet enticing—captain, known as Le Griffe.

He deplores their lawlessness but is drawn to their way of life, and begins to think he might just have found a purpose. Dare he dream of finding love too? Or would loving a pirate take him too far down the road to ruin? Continue reading

Blurb: Mat and Douglas’s time as Nikolai’s wards is finally drawing to a close. Though torn apart by Nikolai’s machinations, their fates are still inextricably entwined: they’ve been sold to the same cruel master, and are united in their desire to go home. But “home” means two different things to the brothers: for Mat, their little bungalow in Nevada, and for Douglas, a swift return to Nikolai and Roger, the only people he believes still love him.

But first they must survive their new master. Smythe Hall is a twisted island paradise where Americans affect British accents and slave boys dress up as slave girls, all at the whims of the rich and megalomaniacal Allen Smythe-Kennedy.

Meanwhile, FBI Special Agent Nate Johnson can’t let the case of the missing brothers lie. He knows it’s a waste of resources to chase ghosts down a cold trail, but after admiring Mathias “Stonewall” Carmichael ringside and at countless after parties where he was too shy to say hello, he’s determined to solve the mystery and bring Mat and his little brother home.

Sinner’s Gin Now Available on Audible!

One of my most favorite people on earth just had her book go to audio.
Congratulations Rhys, I am so happy for you!

Rhys Ford's avatarRhys Ford

Sinners AudioSinner’s Gin is now an audiobook! It’s been released first on Audible and will be out on iTunes and Amazon in a bit.

It’s kind of a shock to hear someone reading what you’ve written. And kinda cool.

I’ve been listening to audiobooks during the plague because I tend to get cross eyed when I’m tired. They’ve been lovely and I’ve been enjoying them.

So if you’re into them and wanna hear Kane and Miki go at in in the comfort of your ears, grab a copy. I’ve listened to the sample. I really like his intonation.

Now, this is really a cool thing and so much of it is because of you guys. I thank you so so much for liking the series and the boys. Thank you for your support.

I’ve got to see what promo I could be running with this. *grins* And Whiskey and Wry will…
