Blurb: THIRDS agent Dexter J. Daley can’t wait to marry his fiancé, Team Leader Sloane Brodie, but first he’s looking forward to celebrating his bachelor party—which he intends to be a shenanigans-free evening of getting his groove on with family and friends.

Of course events don’t work out as planned, but for Dex that’s nothing new. One thing is for sure, dodging drug dealers and hired thugs amid booze, dancing—and even a bear costume—will guarantee it’s a night Dex will never forget. Now he just needs to survive all the fun.

Enjoy this bonus story from the THIRDS universe. These events occur between Darkest Hour Before Dawn and Tried & True in the series timeline. While reading this story would enhance your experience of the THIRDS series, it is not necessary to read before Tried & True.

Review: It is always wonderful to check in with our boys (and girls) from the THIRDS, and now TIN, too. In this short story, we are entertained with Dex’s bachelor party…which quickly, and I admit, expectedly, turns into a bit of a fiasco. The title of the book alone gives a big hint to the direction this party will head.

Dex and Sloane, as always, are two of the sexiest and funniest characters in the MM genre. I am always thrilled to check-in with them, and the rest of Destructive Delta. And who doesn’t love a Dex themed party? Who doesn’t expect grenades to be in the mix? Sloane is hopeful, but he knows better, and loves Dex regardless of the extra grey hairs.

Some surprises in this book. One being Austin and his treatment of Zack…looking forward to more of that coming up soon. Another being Seb and the Doc and the change in their relationship status. I feel like I missed something there, but I loved it anyway. And lastly, what is up with Wolf and where is that heading?

So, THIRDS nerds, another winner to add to your TBR list. You will laugh, and you will love some Sloane and Dex sexy times, but you will never be bored or disappointed. Enjoy.

Overall Impression: I really liked it!

*I purchased my own, personal copy of this book for review.*
