He can live with the shame; it’s the mind-blowing pleasure that frightens him.

But the warlord wants more than a tribute who will respond eagerly to whips and bondage. The warlord might just want the man underneath: the prince, the soldier and the tribute, if Kynon can figure out who that is. On an enforced journey of self-discovery, Kynon learns that being the warlord’s tribute isn’t just about submission. And, to be the tribute that Brasius wants him to be, Kynon will have to defy all the traditions of Segasa and risk the wrath of the senate that really holds his chains.

Except they’re sharing more than a heartbeat: they’re sharing thoughts, memories, and some very vivid dreams.

He and Lane compensate for the stress in their lives by taking their D/s relationship to new levels–a relationship that Lane’s mother insists he should be ashamed of.

As Christmas draws nearer, the pressure builds. Pushy elves. Snarky subs. A bad fight. A parrot in peril. How the hell is Derek going to give Lane a perfect Christmas when the Moredock legacy threatens to pull them apart before the new year?

Honorary Blogger Lori Toland: Reigniting Old Flames

Reigniting Old Flames

 by Lori Toland

Thanks for having me by to talk about, “Trust In Me” an oldie but a goodie from Loose Id. It’s about Tristan meeting up with his old flame Jamie and falling in love again.

Life changes and the person you are today isn’t necessarily how you were back in high school, often for the better. As adults, we come to terms with who and what we are. But sometimes, there is that one guy or girl that bowled you over from when you were a teenager and young and impressionable and you can’t get that person out of your head.

When you see that person again, all those old feelings come back. The excitement of young love, from a time when life was simpler than today, blossoms in your heart. The memories of loving this person overwhelm you. Suddenly, your teenage hormones explode and you are ready to go. Except you’re older now and more experienced so the sex is going to be that much better.  It’s the perfect recipe for the best night of your life.

Tristan is shocked when he sees Jamie Hunter, the one who got away from him. Caught in the memories of the past of a lover who walked away, can he let go of the pain for a chance at happiness today?

I loved writing the passion Tristan and Jamie shared. It was so much of that first love feeling mixed with high school crush. Tristan was so cute and viewed Jamie’s life through rose colored glasses and found out just how much he didn’t know about what was really going on with Jamie.

I hope you enjoy “Trust In Me” as much as I enjoyed writing Tristan and Jamie. Thank you!

Lori
